Live Streamed Pay-Per-View (PPV) Events:
If you order access to a live streamed PPV Event, you may cancel your purchase up until the start time of the Event. Once the Event has commenced, a refund will be issued only in the following cases:
- You made double/multiple purchases in error using the same registration/login data;
- The live stream of the PPV Event was not available because Event was cancelled or the provider did not make the Event available for streaming; or,
- If you are unable to access all or part of the PPV Event due to technical errors on our part.
Video-on-Demand (VOD) Programming:
Once a VOD Program is purchased, a refund will be issued only in the following cases:
- You made double/multiple purchases in error using the same registration/login data;
- The VOD Programming was not available because we removed the programming; or,
- If you are unable to access all or part of the VOD Programming due to technical errors on our part.
Paid Emoticons:
Paid emoticons include stickers, animated stickers and sound emoticons that are available to use in a chat window. Once purchased, Paid Emoticons cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason.
General Refund Terms:
To initiate a refund request, please send an e-mail to support@ppv.com, and include the Order Number provided at the time of purchase of the content for which a refund is requested and any screenshots related to the issues you are experiencing.
- Refund requests for PPV Events must be submitted no later than 48 hours after the live stream of the Event has finished; and,
- Refund requests for VOD Programming must be submitted no later than 48 hours after the time of purchase of the Programming for which the refund is requested.
Provided your request meets the above eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 24-72 hours after the refund request was submitted. Refunds for eligible technical errors may be for the full or partial cost of the content, as we deem appropriate.
Please understand that we are not responsible for, and will not provide refunds: (i) if you provide incorrect information; (ii) if your digital devices or network conditions fail to meet the minimum technical requirements identified under the Support Hub section of our site; (iii) if you fail to follow our instructions; (iv) for circumstances which are outside of our reasonable control; (v) due to the duration of a PPV Event or change in a PPV Event fight-card; or, (vi) for any reasons not enumerated in this policy.
